Coaching Services

• You are healing from trauma or painful life experiences
• You are experiencing mental health symptoms that are causing distress - difficulty regulating emotion, difficulty managing “triggering” situations, easily overwhelmed by sadness, anxiety, anger, despair, hopelessness
• You are dealing with grief, divorce or another acute life-stressor
• You are struggling with interpersonal relationships
• Seeking couples counseling
• In general you are in the process of healing from pain

In therapy we:

• Develop skills to manage difficult emotions
• Explore patterns in relationship that create interpersonal conflict, unbalanced dynamics or otherwise compromise the quality of intimacy 
• Heal, grow, become more self-aware, feel better
• Process unresolved trauma or grief

Practicing Therapy:

• Requires a license, many years of training, ongoing continuing education, and is highly regulated,
• The course of  treatment is open-ended and highly individualized

• You feel “stuck” or unable to achieve your goals
• You are confused about what is next in your future
• You want to challenge yourself to step out of your comfort zone
• You long for deeper purpose and meaning
• You want support in developing habits that help you reach your highest potential
• You feel that you “should” be happy but something is missing.
• You seek support and accountability for creating positive change in your life
• You have the ability to navigate difficult emotions and tend to your emotional needs outside of the coaching relationship

• Find encouragement, motivation and accountability

Practicing Coaching:

• Does not require a license or certification.  There is no regulating body.  However there are a variety of training and certification programs.
• Coaching is often offered in packages with particular goals in mind.  It is frequently time-limited.
